PASOs Party at our house

We had all our PASOs staff (all 5 of us including past-staff members too!) and families over for a cookout. We ate ceviche and pork loin, and had some laughs. Here's Thamara with her son Anthony and Margarita and her husband Gustavo.
Here's Myriam, Margarita, Ana's sister Mariela and Ana (my rockin' social work intern)

Fun at the Powers' house

Kevin and Meredith have made this cool fire pit in their backyard, so we had dinner with a fire in the background, then hung out and warmed our toes. The idea was to warm our bellies with pina coladas, but Kev made them so weak, only he got flushed (lightweight!)

Elias' shades and Bella's haircut

You will notice in the first picture that Bella's hair is halfway down her back, but by Pic #3, it's shoulder-length. The day the short-hair pix were taken, I walked in Talia's room to find Talia and Bella with scissors, and clumps of blond hair on the floor! She had cut a 2-inch section of her hair and said, "Mama, now my hair's short like you!" Well-I suppose she's right now. We took her to get it evened out and she's had a short bob ever since. Papa almost freaked out, but when he saw how cute it was, chilled out.

Bella's dance recital

Bella took dance this year at school, and her recital was in May. She looked gorgeous! The recital itself was cute, funny, and definitely original-everyone did their own thing pretty much!

Elias' t-ball experience

I think what Elias liked most about t-ball were the uniforms and the people he met. He wasn't so much into actually PLAYING t-ball though so we'll chalk it up to experience, but probably won't do it again!
