The day before the last of the family members were leaving, me and the kids, along with Nona and Grandaddy (my parents) left to meet Andres who was already in San Diego for a medical conference. There was so much cool stuff to see and do in San Diego!
One of the first places we ended up was this little park on the harbor. Each one of the picnic tables was artistically decorated. This one had metal ants attached to the table, who were eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

One of my best friends Darryl just moved to SD, so we hung out with her some. Here we are enjoying some nice margaritas while mariachis sang to me for my birthday!
One morning when out for a fruit run to the store, we found a cute park with a maze made out of bushes. We ate breakfast on the bench and the kids enjoyed finding their way in and out of the maze. A couple times big brother had to save little sis, and he did so very gallantly!
