Abuela (Elizabeth) came to visit us for 2 weeks and it was so nice to see her. After she left, the kids asked "Where's Abuela?" "Why did Abuela leave?" and then a couple weeks later Elias runs up to me and says, "MAMA! MAMA! Dora the Explorer calls her Grandma "Abuela" too!" He's just figuring out that we speak 2 languages, and that not everyone speaks English AND Spanish, or rather--as it is in our house--Spanglish.
